1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and MB "Kinas ir ne tik" ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Baltic Data website and API.
2. API Usage & Fair Use
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to usage the API strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- Free Tier Limit: 50 requests per month.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not use the API for any illegal purpose, attempt to bypass rate limiting (e.g., rotating IP addresses), or conduct high-volume scraping that degrades service performance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and API structure are our proprietary property. The company data provided is aggregated from public registries (e.g., RIK, JAR). You acknowledge that while the facts are public, our compilation, enrichment, and delivery method are protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFIT ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API key and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. MB "Kinas ir ne tik" and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
